Founder of ElMaeXtro | Executive Advisor in Information Risk
Small-business CEOs make high-stakes decisions daily — often under pressure and without full visibility into the risks they're carrying. My work is centered on one outcome: helping leaders find clarity so they can make confident, informed decisions that protect their people, their operations, and their future.

My Work Is Built on Lived Experience
CEOs carry a weight most people never see — the weight of decisions that impact livelihoods, customer trust, and organizational survival. I understand that weight because I've lived it, not as theory, but in real moments where clarity determined whether a team moved forward or fell into uncertainty.
My mission is simple:
To help executives lead through complexity with clarity and confidence.
A Career at the Intersection of Risk, Leadership & Human Reality
I began my career on the help desk, solving real problems under real pressure. That experience taught me how unmanaged information risk creates operational strain and human frustration.
From there, I grew into systems engineering, information governance, and risk program development — supporting major financial institutions and high-stakes organizations. Along the way, I learned how risk becomes culture, how decisions ripple through teams, and how clarity transforms outcomes.
What shaped me most wasn't the technology.
It was the people behind it.
Leadership Lessons
Clarity in Crisis
A hurricane once put my team and our operations at real risk. Their swift, disciplined response showed me that crisis leadership is not about expertise — it's about clarity, presence, and protection.
It's why my team called me "the book": leadership, to me, is a living manual shaped through consistency and responsibility.
Values That Become Systems
My son's baby book reminded me that values are patterns, not slogans. When woven into daily routines, they guide behavior long after leadership changes. This insight shapes every framework I build.
Grit That Scales Across Teams
Earning my GED taught me that grit compounds. In organizations, grit becomes culture when leaders model it and teams are empowered to anticipate challenges and recover quickly.
Listening as Strategic Intelligence
Insights come from everywhere — including a ride-share driver who taught me the power of listening. Strong leaders listen deeply, and organizations grow stronger because of it.
From Educator to Advisor
After years in corporate environments, I entered higher education and built an information-risk and assurance program that served hundreds of students. It showed me something crucial:
Information risk is widely misunderstood — and clarity rarely reaches leadership.
To close that gap, I earned a business coaching certification to better speak the language of CEOs. This allowed me to bridge strategy, culture, risk, and leadership into one discipline: risk-informed leadership clarity.
Why I Founded ElMaeXtro
Small and midsize businesses are the backbone of the economy — and the most exposed to information risk. When risk isn't seen clearly, the consequences hit families, teams, communities, and futures.
This isn't a technology problem.
It's a leadership problem.
A clarity problem.
ElMaeXtro exists to solve that.
I help CEOs:
- See information risk clearly
- Understand the decisions that matter
- Strengthen culture and accountability
- Lead with confidence, purpose, and discipline
When leaders gain clarity, organizations gain resilience.
My Philosophy
- Risk is a lived experience, not a report.
- Leadership clarity drives organizational resilience.
- Values must be lived in daily decisions.
- Grit is a leadership capability that scales.
- Listening is strategic advantage.
- Leaders don't need more data — they need clearer vision.
If You're Leading Through Uncertainty, You Don't Have to Do It Alone
I help CEOs transform information risk from a hidden liability into a strategic advantage.
